Over two weeks, we successfully completed the groundbreaking Design Thinking+ Coach Training, crafted to empower coaches and leaders with the skills to inspire true breakthrough innovation.

  • Addressing Cognitive Biases: Cognitive biases often hinder outcomes. Our program tackles these hidden dynamics to unlock higher-quality, unbiased solutions.

  • Cultural Barriers in Teams: Culture can impact collaboration positively or negatively. Participants learned how to leverage or address these influences for optimal team performance.

  • Creative Leadership Session: Led by Prof. Dr. David Slocum of Thunderbird School of Global Management, this unique interactive session provided invaluable insights on guiding creative teams

  • Service Management and Value Co-Creation: In an inspiring session by Prof. Dr. Yoshinori Yoshi Fujikawa from Hitotsubashi University Tokyo, we explored ways to transform products and services from one-way transactions into collaborative, ongoing experiences.

  • Vocal Coaching & Storytelling: Participants honed their presentation skills, mastering effective vocal techniques and storytelling to inspire audiences with clarity and confidence.

  • Physical Health at the Workplace: Stefan Hupp, renowned physiotherapist, introduced practical exercises and strategies to promote healthy work habits for teams spending long hours sitting or standing.

  • The Role of AI in Design Thinking: We discussed when and how AI can enhance team processes, making workflows more efficient, faster, and potentially more innovative.

  • The Power of Iteration: The training emphasized repeated application, allowing participants to internalize techniques from multiple perspectives, deepening their learning experience.
